I've known wendy for a few years now and she has looked after my boxer-bullmastiff quite a few times. She walked him regularly and posted pictures to me so I could see he was happy as Larry.

Often they were sat together on the sofa. I don’t know who looked more content, my dog or wendy.

For the first time my 2 elderly dogs and 2 Parrots had the luxury of staying home with Wendy caring for them whilst I had a long weekend break. Wendy is an absolute star, one of my dogs is poorly and Wendy gave him his meds including some I'd just collected that day from the vets, my other dog is an independent little character, one parrot is a feisty blighter the other is easy to care for. All 4 of my pets were happy, comfortable and relaxed when I returned home, in fact I'm not sure if they weren't a little disappointed that it was me at the door. They've been obviously treated like Kings, loved and looked after like they were Wendy's own pets. Everything at home was absolutely perfect, clean & tidy with 4 very happy pets. I trust her completely with my pet family and home and will now feel so much freer to take breaks knowing that my pets are safe, cared for and I'm sure spoilt. photo updates were a reassuring addition too, especially when the younger of my 2 elderly dogs has been poorly since October diagnosed with Cushings only in late December. We feel lucky to have found Phoenix Companions Pet Care. Thank you.

Never mind 5* I would give Wendy 10* if I could. First time using Wendy’s service this week to take care of my sphynx cat. She came for a meet and greet beforehand providing all certificates and paperwork and to introduce herself and reassure me. I felt completely at ease with Wendy having a key to our property and she went above and beyond to care for our pet baby. Very attentive and fabulous communication throughout the week we were away! I would highly, highly recommend and will DEFINITELY be using Wendy again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Amazing company looked after my two very timid little cats while we went away for a few days. I had nothing to worry about with Wendy she knows what she is talking about when it comes to our pets. Wendy messaged twice a day to let me know how they were. Even though they were hiding most of the time.(Not used to strangers). They were very well taken care of and fed the exact way I asked for. Wendy had all the relevant documents for us to view on her initial visit. We will definitely be booking again. In fact we have for October. 5 star review from us. And would definitely recommend to others.
